For the XX Olympic Winter Games 2006 in Torino, I developed the venue Cluster Olympic Stadium (opening and closing ceremony) /Hockey 1 Palasport Olimpico venue and the official hockey training venue. As project manager, I followed the development of the two structures in their construction period and I was the responsible for the overlay design. Overlay design is an integration project for the needs requested by the IOC, international sport federation, local and national authorities, broadcasting and the organizing comity, with a budget over  2.2 million Euro. During the games time, I was in charge of the daily site management of the Palasport Olimpico, with 140 people as staff operational 24 hours a day. Palasport had a daily visiting population of 13.000 people.
