Redevelopment of an industrial complex in the centre of Valkenswaard.
The project consists of a big urban block and a triangular park with three apartment buildings. Inside the urban block, apartment buildings and family houses occupy the court. The urban block itself contains apartments and townhouses. The architecture of the façade recalls the industrial brick architecture from the former Willem II cigar factory.
